Motivation and Performance of Students in School Physical Education in Which Mobile Applications Are Used

The aim of the text is to discuss use technologies in Physical Education (PE) at schools. research focused on pupils an upper-primary school/lower-secondary school, who were given experimental PE for a period 10 weeks. objective was identify typical groups students basis their physical performances and motivation. Unifittest 6-60, standardized motor-skills test, used measure performances, Czech translation SIMS, Canadian–American specify degree Based obtained data, method cluster analysis identified three pupils. These differ approach mobile applications process PE. results show that thanks implementation phones different taken by teacher, increased internal motivation increase regulation can be seen, as well decrease amotivation rapid motor especially case whose are average or below usual classes.
